House Rules
- No excessive Noise. (an excessive noise alert system is installed on the property)
- No Gatherings or Parties of any kind
- No smoking in or around the property
- No un-disclosed (non-registered) guests allowed onto the property or in the home.
- Agree to filling out our Rental Agreement which will allow me to program the smart home for you. We also require you to provide copies of IDs etc (similar to what is required when checking in to a hotel - this is for verification and required by our insurance company.). The completed agreement and IDs must be received within 72 hours after receiving the form.
If any house rule is broken, you will be required to leave the property immediately pay for any damages and no refunds will be given.
